1st TRIMESTER

It is where things start happening, nausea, back pain, tiredness, fatigue, when you have those symptoms you probably want to check out what is happening.

On my 1st and 2nd pregnancies, nausea was the sign and it showed really early but with my 3rd and 4th pregnancy had nausea very late in my pregnancy because was already eating healthy just had to change a few things then I was good to go. Click here to read about the pregnancy diet.

In the 1st Trimester you might gain weight but you not going to show that there is a little bundle in your belly, I couldn't wait to show off with my Big belly but I had to wait until my 2nd trimester.

TYPE OF FOOD I AVOID EATING

  • Raw eggs

  • soft cheeses

  • undercooked meat

  • sushi made with raw fish

  • fish that's has high in mercury

  • So basically raw and undercooked food was really careful not to eat it. I don't drink alcohol or wine and caffeine so I didn't have to worry about that.

Things that made me feel sick,

  • Perfume

  • The smell of cooked food

  • Petrol, etc…

So basically what I did because I could only handle fresh air with no perfume, so when I go out, I can't avoid those things, So,  I always had a water bottle with lemon juice in my hand where ever I go, that helped me a lot, every time I felt sick I will sip the lemon water and I tried to avoid being to close to the area where there is a smell of perfume and I was okay.

If you don't feel okay try and get some fresh air and relax Mommy to be, all will be well, just hang in there!!
