MORE ABOUT BREASTFEEDING

MAKING BREASTFEEDING GO SMOOTHLY

All about breastfeeding, as mothers, we choose either to breastfeed or give baby formula, I won't be comparing the 2 since I decided not to give my babies formula, I am just going to focus on breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is something that was very precious to me because of that connection between the baby and me, it is one of my best moments with the baby, I don't know if it feels the same when giving formula.

WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I FOCUSED ON TO MAKE SURE I HAVE ENOUGH.....

  • EATING HEALTHY
  • DRINK LOTS OF WATER
  • AVOID STRESS
  • PUMP BY BREASTFEEDING BABY
We all know eating healthy is not just for breastfeeding moms but for everyone, so we will be healthy and continues living without being sick because if you eat healthily the are fewer chances that you get sick. Drinking water you definitely need that one is the best when it comes to taking care of your system and digesting that food.

Avoid getting stressed out, that can really block those breasts from producing milk, am talking about what happened to me, when am in hospital I think a lot about my kids, if they eating right and are okay in such a way that my breast just kept quiet and said oh well, you stressing about that am just gonna wait for you to come out of it, so I will also come out, in the hospital didn't produce milk until I just step into my house and saw my kids and the breast said okay we letting the milk come out now because I was so happy in such a way that it was like a hosepipe, I was wet within seconds coming back from the hospital, my breast just shut down, so it important to find out what worrying you, talk to someone you trust to take care of it so you'll be stress-free.

Pump by breastfeeding baby, every time you breastfeeding you give your breast a go ahead and produce more milk, and those early days of giving birth are the most important ones, I know we are usually tired, but think about it, that belly is not big anymore, try to squeeze those few important first few important hours of feeding seriously and the baby doesn't eat that much, yes! it going to come back for feeding after every few hours but hang in there if you focus on doing it right then there will be less crying and the baby will be having enough sleep because a Happy Baby is a Full Baby!.

LOVE AND JOY TO YOUR FAMILY, IT'S COMPLETE IN JESUS CHRIST!
