2ND TRIMESTER
My bunny.. bunny.. started showing was really so excited that now it was on, and that my baby is growing up in there, because I was always asking myself when is it going to grow?, can't wait for it to grow, finally, the time came and it was growing and I was so happy to look at it and see that this is actually real, that am going to be a "Mommy" that feeling, again and again, it so amazing Mothers to be a Mom.
It not going to be that big in the 2nd Trimester wait for the 3rd Trimester it is really on., I really felt the difference looking at the 1st and 2nd Trimester, I felt that I was caring a little bundle in there. so you going to feel that you care for some cute little thing in there "Amazing Mom."
Nausea started to go away in the 2nd Trimester in my 1st and 2nd Pregnancy, I was taking nausea tablets, I don't like anything that has to do with the medication that just me, I went to the hospitals too much when I was young, I ended up don't like anything that has to do with it, medication, needles, etc. So luckily I didn't have to take the tablet in my 2nd Trimester but for my 3rd and 4th pregnancy didn't have nausea only had it when I found out I was pregnant and then from there on no more nausea, I just had a feeling that something is going to come out and then burp and it was not comfortable because I was scared what if I think am going to burp and actually vomit, so what I did if I had that feeling I would sip my lemon water and be good to go.
What kept me strong and active during my pregnancy, I just ate healthy foods and was walking around a lot, doing groceries, cleaned my house, etc. I didn't sit down like in my 1st and 2nd pregnancy because I knew the whole process of pregnancy that it is not a sickness it is an Amazing process that a Mother can experience and sitting down made me feel sick, I will feel so sick and have fatigue so moving around made me feel stronger and more alive, well to tell the truth sitting down a will make you feel too heavy, but moving around makes you get used to the changes of your weight.
I had complications in my 1st and 2nd pregnancy but I learned from them if something I ate made me feel sick I would just stop eating it like, for example, I like cake so much but I realized in my 1st and 2nd pregnancy was eating it a lot so I was told had a lot of amniotic fluid. In my 3rd pregnancy, the same thing happened, I tried to learn about my body, and during my pregnancy, I just decided to stop eating cake until I give birth and I ate my oatmeal I will have it without sugar because the sugar made me feel extremely tire and the changes I made when I heard that I had too much amniotic fluid I stop eating to much sugar, so there was no sugar for me for 9 months it was a hard one but I had to stick to my decision and it all went well for 3rd and 4th pregnancy.
I kept eating healthy and drinking a lot of water, I avoided cold drinks and too much juice, I drank a little bit of orange juice but that was about it, So water boosted me up a lot.
