BABIES BIRTHDAY
So the day has finally come am about to deliver my baby what to do? make sure before you go deliver your baby everything you planned to do is done and go deliver a baby with a stress-free mind.
Before this day came I made sure everything was up to date at home,
My house is clean
Food is stored
My Hospital bags are packed
My diary list is all done
It was very important to me to make sure I did all the above before this day came, which I did and it all went well because after a C-section you cant move around a lot not that you are not supposed to move at all, but you not suppose to move a lot so had to make sure I get things done.
WHY DID I HAVE THIS LIST
Well first of all didn't want a new baby to come to a dirty house, so has to be clean at least because It didn't have to be a New house. I had to make sure I cook a lot and freeze and all my monthly grocery items are stored up, so I gave myself a break for weeks from doing groceries and was back on the groceries had to do it so I will heal faster and it worked, that is why after having 4 C-sections am still up and running, I didn't just sit down had to keep moving to get back into shape.
The hospital bags I had to get things ready at least 1 month before the due date, because when I was pregnant, well I was forgetting lots of staff, so had to make sure everything is in there and I won’t be stressed out. So both baby and mom’s bags were ready a month early before delivery and for Daddy, I didn't have to pack anything because the hospital is a walking distance to my house so he just came to visit.
So the day came and my list was checked out had no stress was only thinking about the baby, his looks, weight, etc. All of this was easy to do on my 3rd and 4th pregnancy that why it went so smooth.
